ABOUT

I’m Ojay Keen a Crossfit Coach and Personal Trainer who believes that everyone has the potential to be an athlete. I have been working in the fitness industry for 7 years helping individuals achieve their potential and live healthier better lives.

Along with coaching others, my love for fitness has led me to compete at multiple International Crossfit and Functional Fitness events such as Lowlands Throwdown Classic, Madrid Championships and CrossFit Semifinals.

Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time, competing, or taking the next step in your training, I can help . I offer three comprehensive fitness solutions designed to cater to your unique needs and goals, 1-1 in person coaching, online bespoke coaching or my Hybrid Fitness Programme, TRND.

1 ON 1 IN PERSON COACHING

Receive personalised, face-to-face coaching tailored specifically to your fitness level and objectives. Together, we'll work on optimising your performance, improving technique, and pushing your limits in a supportive and motivating environment.

ONLINE BESPOKE COACHING

The Bespoke Online Coaching option is an all-inclusive offering which has been created to help you take the next step in your training.

The individualised programme will be delivered weekly via the app and can be updated or adjusted when needed so that it keeps up with your lifestyle. You’ll have regular contact with me through bi-monthly call check-ins, along with 24/7 direct contact, feedback and video analysis via the app.

It is for those that want their programme tailored to their lifestyle and work schedule; For those that want the guidance of a coach and someone to hold them accountable, to help you achieve your individual goals.

The personal approach and attention to detail on offer will be the perfect progression in your training tailored around your specific needs.

TRND is a hybrid fitness programme built to test and improve your athletic performance, teach you new skills and have you performing, feeling and
looking better than ever before.

TRND consists of 5 sessions per week. With each session including a specific warm up, and a variation of periodised strenagth work, mono-structural conditioning or metabolic conditioning and targeted accessory pieces.

TRND is compatible with a broad level of abilities and fitness. There are built in progressions and regressions for your skill based work. Along with percentages and scaling to suite your individual needs across your strength, workouts and conditioning.

TRND will help you reach your goals and maximum potential. Improving your performance across strength, work capacity and skill based elements.
